Love and Kindness

When I read the quote, I thought of the passage about Love. I have this hanging in my kitchen as a reminder of the areas I need to work on. It’s easy to read but not always easy to practice. Life is short but I’m convinced each new day we have another opportunity to practice LOVE.
In my book “Teachable Moments – A Woman’s Journey of Self-Discovery” you will find many examples of people showing love and kindness during my life time. The story about the 23rd Psalm, when the lady gave us a free candy apple if we could recite the 23rd Psalm. That memory has always stayed with me; an act of kindness she didn’t have to do.
